PROGRAM GUIDE
LITTLE KIDS CLASS
For 4 to 6 year-old children;
Improving balance and body coordination;
Learning self-discipline, having fun at the same time;
*2 times/week: Mondays & Wednesdays @5 to 5:40 pm.
YOUTH CLASS
For 7 to 13 year-old.
Building mental focus and self-confidence;
Increasing fitness and releasing energy;
Learning friendship and respect.
ADULT / TEEN CLASS
Learning dynamic kicking & hand techniques;
Increasing fitness and stamina;
Improving flexibility and agility;
Self-Defence Techniques.
ALL BELT CLASS
Training all belts together; Perfect for a whole family;
Friday class is a good chance for students who are busy on week days;
All belts & all ages (7Y up~) are welcome.
ELITE TKD (Sparring Only)
Competition preparation class;
Develop essential sparring skills: agility, explosive power, high speed, extreme balance and strength;
Mind control to overcome stress and fear;
Technical tactics in every different situation;
Learn official competition rules.
ELITE TKD (Demo Team)
Extra class for intensive sparring lesson; a must for competition preparation; great chance to test & refine your skills; get agility, explosive power, self-control; overcoming inner fear; Green Belt Up
PRIVATE CLASS
Customized one-on-one class with Master Instructor to learn more detailed skills and better focusing habit, or to prepare oneself for competitions.
